TRACK & FIELD SERVICES & PRICES

Our Track & Field Timing is done with Finish Lynx Cameras and Hy-Tek Meet Manager.  We time all Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field events including  Open All comers, Masters, Youth (AAU and USATF) College, High School and Middle School mees.

Pricing: Track & Field Timing and Meet Management Services $750 minimum (one-day)*
Includes:

  • F.A.T. Timing using Finish Lynx Camera(s) and Hy-tek Meet Manager

  • Digital display clock that connects to our timing system for athletes and spectators 

  • Wind gauge system integrated

  • Live results

  • Posted complete results

  • Second or third camera available for an additional fee

Services:

  • Go Meets Timing will set up entry pages for meets through MileSplit, Direct Athletics, Athletic.net, Coach O, and etc.

  • Manual Entries $200 - $350 for entries that have to be manually entered by Go Meets Staff.

  • Meet Packets $50 - $125, Packets for each team containing meet information such as heat sheets, bib numbers, pins, meet information, etc.  

  • Meet Day Data Management $100

  • For meet day changes, additions and scratches and last minute re-seeding of events.

  • Hip Numbers $75 - $100 depending upon the number of entries

  • Bib Numbers & Pins $100+ depending upon the number of entries

  • Other services that we offer (please contact us for availability and prices):  Starters, Announcers, Clerk Instruction/Training/Stations

                 

Travel & Lodging Fees (If required):                

  • For events outside of the Denver metro area, there is a $50 travel fee* plus .60/mile.

  • For lodging: reimbursement cost or the provided room arrangement of a double, non-smoking rooms per the number of days of the event and the number of workers required.

  • *If events require more than four (4) Go Meets Timing workers, we'll need an additional travel fee added for additional travel vehicles.
