Our Cross Country timing is done with the IPICO Chip Timing System integrated with Finish Lynx and Hy-Tek Meet Manager.  We time a variety of Cross Country Meets, such as: College level, High School, Middle School and Elementary School competitions.

Cross Country Timing $600 minimum
Our $600 timing fee includes:

  • shoe chip tags for up to 300 entries plus $1.50 per entry over 300. 


  • IPICO Shoe Tags* (1-per runner)

  • Gun to Chip Timing

  • Bib Numbers & Pins

  • Finish line display clock

  • Live and printed results at event

  • Posted complete results

  • Additional shoe tags per runner available upon requests

*IPICO Shoe Tags must be returned to Meet Director or Go Meets Timing.  Fees will be charged for missing and/or damaged IPICO Shoe Tags ($10.00 tag will be added to the invoice). 


  • On-Line Entry Pricing $30+

  • Setting up entry pages for participants on sites such as, Direct Athletics, MileSplit,, Coach O and etc.

  • Race Day Management  $100

  • Registration for race day participants for changes for per-registered participants.

  • Custom Bib Numbers (contact for price)

  • Custom graphic and texts on disposable bib numbers for participants that are using the IPICO Shoe Tags.

  • Meet Packets $75

  • Meet packets for teams with bib numbers, shoe tags, meet information, etc.

  • Finish Line Arch & Chute $100

  • The finish line structure is an inflatable arch that is 15-feet wide and10-feet tall. The chute is made with black plastic stakes or 36-inch cones with flagging tape or cone poles.

  • Finish Line Flag & Chute $25

  • The finish flag is a 15-foot tall finish flag. The chute is made with black plastic stakes or 36-inch cones with flagging tape or cones poles

Host events are responsible for collecting IPICO Shoe Tags. Go Meets Timing will provide bags/boxes for the return of IPICO Shoe Tags. A fee of $10.00 per missing/damaged shoe tag will be added to the invoice. A final invoice will be presented after chip inventory.

Travel & Lodging Fees (If required):                

  • For events outside of the Denver metro area, there is a $50 travel fee* plus .60/mile.

  • For lodging: reimbursement cost or the provided room arrangement of a double, non-smoking rooms per the number of days of the event and the number of workers required.

*If events require more than four (4) Go Meets Timing workers, we'll need an additional travel fee added for additional travel vehicles.
